This Camden is the perfect example of customization with a custom front elevation and interior floorplan. Premium split shake siding, raised panel shutters, and stone veneer add craftsman accents to the front elevation and increase the home’s curb appeal. The garage is shown as a side-entry and additional square feet has been added for extra storage space and to create a second gable. Two gables have also been added at the other end of the home above the master bedroom, as well as two dormer windows. The front porch has been reduced to an 8’ x 7’ stoop. Inside, the floorplan has been redesigned, moving the kitchen to the rear of the home and opening up the living space. Beautiful cathedral ceilings highlight the great room and kitchen, adding an even greater sense of spaciousness to the open room. The dining room is also now open to the living space and two columns have been added. The kitchen has been redesigned to model the Alexandria Floorplan kitchen and shows Aristokraft Oakland oak sarsparilla stained cabinets with Wilsonart spring carnival HD laminate countertops. Two Kichler Larkin pendants over the island add a beautiful accent to the kitchen. The separate master suite includes a redesigned bath and large walk-in closet. An Aristokraft Oakland oak natural stained vanity and 60” shower provide plenty of space to get ready in the mornings. Across the home, the floorplan has been redesigned, removing the third bedroom and creating a separate owner’s entry and laundry room.
