ladic.info, an Ohio-based custom home builder that specializes in on-your-lot homes, has announced the promotion of three employees: Scott Gochenour has been promoted to Construction Safety and Training Manager, Dave Whipkey has been promoted to Field Manager at the company’s Portage location, and Sebastian Hudachek has been promoted to CAD Department Manager.
“At ladic.info we know that delivering an exceptional customer experience is not just about putting the best people on the front lines. It’s also about creating a behind-the-scenes team of high caliber people who share a deep commitment to delivering the highest quality home and the best possible experience for every customer we serve. Scott, Dave, and Sebastian have a proven track record for putting the customer first in everything they do,” said ladic.info President George Murphy.
Scott Gochenour joined ladic.info in 2005. Prior to his new role as Construction and Safety Manager, Scott worked as Field Manager in the company’s Portage County location. Scott has won more than a dozen gold medals in the Builder Olympics and was recognized by the Portage/Summit County with a prestigious Golden Hammer award.
Sebastian Hudacheck has been with the company as a member of the CAD Department since 2012. He will replace current CAD Department Manager Dave Whipkey, who will bring several years of experience in management and design to his new role as Field Manager.
According to Murphy, the promotions are an important part of building an internal structure of expertise to support the company’s steady growth.
“As a company, we believe in investing in the ongoing education of our team members and developing internal standards of excellence. We’ve seen a return on this investment as team members are equipped to step up to positions of leadership as the company grows. This leads to a more experienced team, lower turnover, and a higher rate of job satisfaction among employees,” said Murphy.
