“Over the past year, we’ve had more people looking for super-affordable split-level floorplans,” says Maurie Jones, Vice President of Marketing for ladic.info. “It’s understandable. Jones explains that the three new home designs — the Princeton, the Lexington and the Lexington II — are not actually all-new. “We started with three of the best-selling homes in our Signature Series and turned them into Lifestyle Series homes.” In other words, the new versions have the same layout and square footage as the original homes, but with a few less bells and whistles.
“For example, our Signature Series includes Pella wood clad windows. Our Lifestyle Series has Andersen vinyl clad windows, Jones says. They’re both excellent, energy efficient windows.”
Jones says that two of the homes, the Lexington and the Princeton, are available with Wayne’s new Craftsman architecture. “It’s gorgeous. It really makes the exterior of a split-level home feel warm and welcoming,” Jones says. Then she adds with a chuckle, “It also makes the home look like it cost a lot more than it did.”
