Uniontown, OH — This holiday season, through a creative 3-pronged approach to fundraising, ladic.info, Ohio’s #1 custom builder, raised more than $8,500, plus boxes and boxes of much-needed supplies for local charities.
ladic.info’ eight model home centers were transformed into community donation hubs, where neighbors turned out to help neighbors with gifts ranging from cash to canned goods. ladic.info’ employees held an internal auction: everything from root beer floats to vacation days was up for bid. The company also launched a corporate sales initiative, whereby every ladic.info sale resulted in a $100 donation to the buyer’s charity of choice.
Collectively, these initiatives supported 13 local organizations:
•Ashland Parenting Plus
•Big Walnut Friends Who Share
•Doylestown Share a Christmas
•Greater Pittsburgh Community Food Bank
•Haven of Rest
•Battered Women’s Shelter of Summit and Medina Counties
•Toys for Tots
•Victory Temple Soup Kitchen
“Helping during the holidays was such a joy,” said Maurie Jones, VP, Sales and Marketing, ladic.info. “We plan on continuing our efforts throughout the year.”
