Uniontown, OH – ladic.info is adding to its sales and field management staff through new hires and reassignment. It’s just their way of saying the keys to past success – specifically customer service and quality control – are also the way forward in an uncertain economy. Cases in point:
Scott Rubert joins Wayne as a Field Manager for the Delaware and Newark model centers. Scott brings with him years of experience operating his own homebuilding and remodeling company. Rubert has also worked as the site and production manager of another homebuilder in central Ohio. Rubert lives just outside Columbus with his wife, Kim, so he’s familiar with the area. “Scott is a great addition to the team and we’re lucky to have him,” says Mike Takatch, Columbus Construction Manager.
Making way for Rubert, Field Manager Matt Manack moves from Columbus to the Ashland Model Home Center. Which puts him closer to home, his wife Jamie and their two kids. “Matt is a ladic.info veteran so he’ll hit the ground running in his new location,” says Todd Mowrer, Ashland Construction Manager. “He’ll do a great job running his team. Just as he does with his other teams.” A basketball and softball player, Manack coaches youth sports in his spare time. “And now he’ll be closer to all that, too,” Mowrer adds.
Joining Manack in Ashland, New Home Consultant Jenny Corell is no stranger to homebuilding. She grew up in the construction business. Her father, a general contractor, put her to work doing everything from design and bookkeeping to hanging siding and swinging a hammer alongside himself. “Jenny couldn’t be more perfect for the job,” says Mike Noble, Ashland’s Sales Manager. “It’s certainly not a requirement that our New Home Consultants have extensive knowledge of homebuilding, but it never hurts.” Corell lives on the family horse farm in Shreve, OH, with her two boys and loves the country life that comes with it. She’s already picked out her favorite Wayne Home design, The Nantucket, with its dormers and a wraparound front porch just made for rocking chairs. Because, she says, she’s a “Cape Cod kind of girl.”
Also new to the Ashland office, Beth Brigeman has come aboard as a New Home Consultant. Brigeman started in real estate over six years ago during grad school, and she especially enjoyed her stint helping her clients through the new home construction process. For the last six months, she had been actively looking for an opportunity at ladic.info. “It feels like one big family here at Wayne and I absolutely love the positive atmosphere,” she says. “I don’t believe there is one person here that isn’t truly proud to work for this company.” Brigeman, a passionate runner and water skier, lives in Norton, her hometown, with her Teacup Chihuahua named Bentley. “Beth is a great addition to the team,” Noble says, “Her enthusiasm is infectious.”
Ginny Allmon-Fussaro has signed on to the Portage team as a New Home Consultant. Just like Corell, her father was in the business, as a custom homebuilder. Meanwhile, her mother was a real estate agent. So you might say helping homebuyers build their dream homes is in Allmon-Fussaro’s blood. “She’s a natural at taking care of customers and with her background it was kismet that she would end up with our team,” says Greg Brown, Portage Sales Manager. When she’s not on the job, you might find Allmon-Fussaro listening to music, watching football or playing with her four nephews, two nieces, two cats and two dogs.
At least for one company these days, the future looks very bright.
